Anil Kumar Principal Anil Kumar's Bio Anil Kumar is President of TeleConsult Associates, a consulting firm focusing on procurement and carrier negotiations for enterprise voice and data networks. Prior to forming TeleConsult Associates, Anil was a Senior Manager in the Networking Center of Expertise (COE) at the Atlanta office of Deloitte Consulting. He has over 22 years experience in all aspects of voice and data communications, with focus on planning, design, consulting and selling of global outsourced network solutions. His prior experiences include line management responsibilities for telecom professionals at British Telecom/Concert/Syncordia; team leadership and project management responsibilities at IBM and telecom engineering experience at two oil companies, Texaco and Sohio, for seven years. Anil holds Master's degrees in Operations Research, Telecommunications and Computer Science. Anil is also active in the telecommunications community - he was on the Board of Directors of the International Telecommunications Association (ICA) and also helped organize the ICA Summer Program at the University of Colorado for the last 5 years.
